- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I bought my house 17 years ago and it was my first home. Every Year I had to call Phil's office repeatedly to make sure the insurance was paid. He was extremely rude, condescending and always said it was not his problem. I did have a lot of Wells Fargo payments not being payed ontime, but he did nothing to help me understand or correct the issues. He was extremely hard to get ahold of and his office staff always sounded stressed and frustrated. It was the rudeness of Phil that turned me off and the fact that EVERY year when my insurance needed to be paid to NJIUA it was a bunch of threatening letters and phone calls I had to resolve it. .
